Hey, I’m marinating pork and wondering how long I should BBQ it per side? Thanks a bunch, I love your work!

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the nice words.

Well you’ve left me quite a few variables. How big is this pork, what cut is it, and what temp are you planning to cook it at?

About the only thing I know is that you’re marinating it and that won’t have any effect on the cooking time.

So I’ll take a guess that you’ve got a pork loin or tenderloin and you’ll be grilling it over medium heat, which is what I would do.

I can’t give you a time but I can tell you that those cuts are best when cooked to about 150 degrees internal temp.

Then let it rest for about 10 minutes, slice and serve. The meat should be slightly pink and juicy.
