Dave:
Any info about ’Devils Tongue’ peppers and their uses? Are they edible or lethal?
Sincerely yours,
Rusty

Rusty:
According to Cross Country Nurseries, which carries this variety, it is "very, very hot; 2 to 2-1/2" long by 1" wide; somewhat flattened, wrinkled fruits taper to a point; slight sweet flavor; matures to a golden yellow; C. chinense; this pepper is outrageously hot!" It looks very much like a ’Fataali’ to me. For a photo of ’Devil’s Tongue’, see: http://www.chileplants.com/photos.htm
