2 cups good-quality ketchup
2 cups apple cider vinegar
6 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons ballpark (yellow) mustard
2 tablespoons dark molasses
2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Combine the ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring often.
