- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Madagascar Sauce Dynamite to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve over lettuce.
