Dave, I roasted a bunch of jalapeno peppers over the weekend and I want to freeze them for later on in the winter. Throw them in a zip-lock bag and into the freezer, maybe place some wax paper between them. Chop them up and freeze in a ice cube try. What is the best way? Thanks, Hal
