Hello Dr. BBQ:

If I bake ribs in oven rather than on the grill, do I still put the temp. at 323 and cook the same amount of time?

Thanks, Carolyn

Hi Carolyn,

I’m not sure which rib recipe you’re referring but the time and temp will be similar to cooking on the grill. Cooking just by time isn’t the best plan though. It’s always best to check ribs for doneness by squeezing the meat or poking with a toothpick to make sure they’re as tender as you like no matter how you’re cooking them.
