I just found your site, and I am hoping my question falls within your expertise. We are having a huge harvest of hot peppers in our garden this year. We are drying the Cayenne, Hades Hot, and Charleston Hot, but we have two varieties of habeneros which we would like to make into a hot sauce similar to what is found commercially in the small bottles. Is there a source for home canners for those small bottles? We can’t see putting magma hot stuff into a quart or even a half pint mason jar.
