I recently saw on the internet your new heat scale updated. I want to make a copy and can’t find it. Help. I also have some "Tien Tsin" peppers that say they are from China. Where do they fit on the scale?

See here and here too on our site (heat level info). I’m not familiar with the ’Tien Tsin’ chile and I don’t know if they have ever been tested.
