I am a chilehead as well and I have been looking for capsaicin to spike up the heat in some of my sweater sauces. I do not produce nor do I plan to produce any of these sauces for sale. I enjoy the chalange of making a good hot sauce for every food I like. "PURE CAP" does not have the heat to do the job I want done. If you could please direct me to a source of Capsaicin I would be very grateful.
