I am looking to bottle and distribute my products. Could you help me with some info on how to manufacture the sauces I have made? Any help would be very much appreciated. Maybe next year I will be able to join the show in Albuquerque!

Second step: Buy the book From Kitchen to Market by calling 800-638-0375. You do not want to bottle your own products, as you would have to build a commercial kitchen. Find a co-packer by going to our Industry Directory at http://www.fiery-foods.com/directory/default.htm and do a category search for "Supplier: Co-Packer."
