Q: Hi Dave,
I have a pepper plant that I can’t identify. It has been growing for about 2 months and has made many flowers, but it seems the flowers just open and turn yellow and fall off. I don’t know what to do. It is an inside plant that is growing in a 1 gallon container under fluorescents. What do I do?

A: Hello Sequoia:
Does it have a lot of foliage? Sometimes over-fertilizing causes flower drop. Also, if the plant is getting too much heat from the lights, the flowers will drop. I suggest raising the light.
