Con-Carne Mix

Q:   Dave,

Specifically concerning chili con-carne mix… I was using, with my chili recipe, a con-carne roll or mix made by Dubuque. I can no longer find this roll. I then began using another con-carne mix or roll made by Blue Ribbon. I can no longer find this product. Could you recommend several con-carne mixes that I may try and that I may obtain in the Midwest Area?

The two that I like best are Mr. Hogg’s and Chugwater – do a Google search to find them.
