We have refrigerators in our office that are overflowing. Do they all need to be refrigeratied THAT is the question. If the sauces really and truly NEED to be kept refrigerated, we will, but if not, GREAT.
The real problem is the growth of mold and bacteria, especially with all-natural sauces. I suggest that you always refrigerate. One thing you could do with your full refrigerators is have an office tasting and rate each sauce on a scale of 1 to 10. Tablulate the scores and get rid of the lowest scoring ones.
