Hey Dave,
Hope things are well with you. We’re setting up some displays at the Gourmet Products Show and I am looking for some products. Do you know of good suppliers or manufacturers of chile ristras? Also would love one of your cookbooks to use in display. We’re setting up displays for emerging cuisines…one of which of course is Latin.
