I was on Hawgeyes web page and saw your 10-pound box of rub. Was wondering how it would be on whole hog and brisket? I have 7 hogs and five cases of brisket to cook for the Carpenter BBQ Bash supper. Would 30 pounds of rub be enough for that amount of meat? Thank you,

Hi Joe,
Yes that rub is very good on brisket and whole hog. It’s very all purpose. I think 30 pounds will be plenty. You may even get away with 20 pounds. Good luck with your event.
