Dave:
I make my own dry rubs but they always seem to clump up after a week to two and was wondering how to prevent this from happening?

Lloyd:
You have too much moisture in the rub, which probably means your peppers were not totally dried out when you made it. Take the rub, spread it out on a cookie sheet, and place it in the oven on the lowest heat possible for about ten minutes. Then store it in a glass jar, not in a plastic bag, which is porous.
