Do you know a simple recipe for pickling Jalapeno peppers for nacho chips? All the ones that I’ve tried are still to hot for the rest of my family and I end up with dozens of jars that I give away.

Try this recipe for Sun-Cured Pickled Jalapenos, but cut them into rings, not strips. Try to find the milder jalapenos, usually in supermarkets.
