I bought a few dozen Scotch bonnets to make my first hot sauce and the sauce turned out ok but I thought I was being careful but not careful enough. Got any hints on handling these peppers without getting hot all over? At one point in the process I went to the bathroom and 5 minutes later I wished I hadn’t.
Wear disposable gloves when handling hot peppers and remove them before entering the bathroom!
