Today I searched your site and could not find the recipe I’m looking for. Actually, I’ve been searching for some time, and I know this recipe must be around. I could probably "wing it" with a little vinegar and salt (and always some garlic), but perhaps you might have a time-tested recipe lurking in your infernal database that I was just unable to find. This year is the first time I’ve grown the hot wax peppers. I want to can pepper rings similar to those served on a hoagie from a deli or particularly like the variety that the manufacturer Vlassic puts out. I did not see a place on your web site to submit a recipe, but I’d be willing to exchange any six of the recipes mentioned above for just this one.
