Thanks for your compliment–we are trying hard! I am very fickle about a favorite hot sauce, as my taste changes. For a while it was Melinda’s Chipotle, then I fell for Lottie’s hot sauce from Barbados, then I tasted Marie Sharp’s Orange Pulp and Habanero hot sauce and went through an entire bottle in three days! So, ask me tomorrow and I’ll probably have another favorite of the moment!
