He Likes Charcoal, She Likes Gas

Q:  Dr. BBQ,

I like the flavor of charcoal, but my wife prefers that I use gas to grill the meats that she marinates.  Any suggestions on saving my marriage?

A:  Hi Steve,

I think maybe you are not alone in this problem. There is a genre of grill that appeared a couple years ago that is a hybrid and can switch from gas to charcoal and back again. I know Napoleon makes one and I think Fiesta does too. Seems I”ve even seen such an animal at a big box store. Good luck in the marriage, if there are any other problems call Dr. Phil.
