Hi Dr. BBQ:
We will be doing a big batch of ribs and have a difference of opinion as to how to reheat them (if there are any left) without losing any of the original flavor and texture. Please advise.I am quite new to this smoking,and only have a cheap water smoker, but it sure is fun. Thanks,
Ribs reheat pretty well a few different ways. It it’s just a few ribs for you, cut them first and heat them in the microwave on high just until they’re warm. If it’s a bigger job, you can warm them in the oven wrapped in foil, again just until they are warm and last but not least, fire up the grill and warm them on there with a little BBQ sauce brushed on. This method works great for tailgating at the game.
