- 1 large onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 cup chopped green chiles canned or frozen
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 lbs green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup toasted piñon nuts
- Saute the onion, garlic, and chiles in the oil until soft. Add the green beans and piñon nuts. Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
